Hardwood furniture probably sustains the greatest amount of abuse and the least amount of maintenance. The truth is that maintenance personnel are not trained in the proper care of wooden finishes. Dusting fine furniture particularly antiques, with furniture polish for years and years may do more harm in the form of wax build-up than not using any at all.

Unsightly scratches and dents can often be repaired right on-site. Other sever damage such as breakage and finish removal will generally need more time to repair and is best brought back to our facility.
