Water Damage- Structural Damage

Drywall and wood framing that have absorbed moisture are excellent breeding grounds for bacteria. It is often necessary to remove these and other structural components to ensure proper and timely drying. It is common practice to remove baseboards and drywall. This will not only remove saturated material to expedite drying, but will also expose the wall cavity allowing for the removal of wet insulation and the treating of framing for bacterial growth.

RestorTech is licensed and capable of doing minor structural repairs up to $7,500.00. We would be pleased to provide free estimates for minor repairs and painting to repair damage either directly or indirectly caused by water intrusion.
