RestorTech is a family owned and operated, non-franchised business serving the Washington Metropolitan area since 1990.  Providing restorative cleaning services to homes and businesses, we specialize in the cleaning and restoration of fire and water damaged properties.  RestorTech offers prompt, professional and courteous service.    

We are experts in our industry and have developed a large client base both from referrals and from participation in preferred vendor programs.     

Property damage often extends beyond the realm of on-site cleaning where specialists should be brought in to handle specific items.  It is rare to find one company that boasts all of these services are provided ‘in-house’.  Usually, those firms sub contract out these services relinquishing any form of quality control, while substantially marking up the costs.
